All our jewelry is individually made-to-order. When you place an order, the next business day our artist prepares an exact mold of the jewelry piece in preparation for casting. The piece is then cast and polished to perfection for final review and shipment. The whole process takes 7 to 12 business days before it’s ready to ship. Thank you so much for my beautiful journey ring! I ordered it in memory of my basset hound, Larsen. I've been wearing it for a couple weeks now, and It is such a beautiful and top quality ring! The process to order with custom paw prints was super easy, and the ring arrived to me in Canada in a very reasonable amount of time. As a nice added touch, there was a lovely sympathy card included that had a picture of my boy on it, and a tree was planted in a national forest in his memory. Thank you again!
