I'm letting you know my latest order with you for the Gour family (dog George) was a complete success (if that's Appropriate to say when it's re a sympathy gift). I'm not close friends with the recipients- my siblings' friend. I got a voicemail from the rugged man of their household who said it "made a tough time a little easier" with a crack in his voice. He also said that 8 year old William thought his keychain was "the greatest thing in the world". I haven't seen the keychain but I saw the windchime and carved plaque you did for my friend Nolene (her dog Royale) and your work is beautiful! Your personal attention, care, and amazing customer service I admire and makes me keep coming back to you. Another order soon on the way- at least this time for happier reasons!
