The wind chimes I sent to my friend Joyce who runs Pets With Disabilities in Prince Frederick, MD - she says they are absolutely lovely. She said they are well made and beautiful and make the most beautiful sound. They represent all of the lost souls that have once graced the Pets With Disabilities rescue facility. She was very touched.
