Mya's paw print finally arrived this afternoon and I am so happy with it! Thank you so much for all the details you provide, not only with the product, but also with the packaging and the personal note on the receipt. It is a beautiful keepsake of our Mya, and the heart addition I asked for makes the charm extra special.

I do want to let you know that I very anxiously awaited its arrival after your notice of shipment on June 30. I tracked the package regularly and it took a full eight days to arrive here. It was a very circuitous route from Sparks, NV to Shillington, PA, given that that the shipping was 2-day priority mail. I almost contacted you yesterday about the delay but decided to give it one more day, considering the July 4 holiday. I'm glad I waited!

Again, thank you so much for the wonderful craftsmanship and the unique service you provide. I will certainly pass good words on to friends and family. I could not be more pleased!
