I received my order on the morning of the 11th, ironically before I got the email that you had shipped it, and I appreciate the picture that you attached to the email with the shipping information. I could not bring myself to open the item itself as it was wrapped and tied so perfectly with its purple bow. I am not sure how it happened but Callie's, the friend that this item was purchased for, favorite color is purple and you could not have chosen a better ribbon for her. I thank you again for your professionalism and timely processing.
