WOW, I can not say enough about Karen and the team at 4paws... I attempted to buy a collar box and made an error so I hit the back button. I then lost my item from the cart as there is a limited number produced. I called Karen and she asked me to hold while she spoke to her team. Karen comes back to tell me that I can custom design a box and that the engraver will come on the weekend if necessary to get this box done as my son had just lost his very young dog and was heartbroken. I also got a set of dogtags which are very lovely as well. The quality of the products are amazing and the staff is superb! Highly recommend 4PAWS
