What Makes Our Photo Frames Special

All our Photo Frames are individually made-to-order. When you place an order, the next business day our Engraver prepares a work order with your pet’s name. Next, they choose a photo frame that best matches the message on the frame and picture if included. The Engraver then prepares the machine and engraves the graphics and message directly onto the blank frame. After the engraving is completed, the Engraver/Artist signs and dates the back of the frame before it’s ready for final review and shipment. Each frame is beautifully gift wrapped and included is a living tree is planted in the Mark Twain National Forest. The whole process takes 1 to 3 business days before it’s ready to ship. However, we try to ship within 2 business days.

    I can't say enough good things about this company, their customer service, or their products. I have probably, at this point, sent 15 of these frames to friends and family who have lost a pet and every single time the product is perfect, and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. This time, I ordered just before Thanksgiving. Not only did I hear from Karen ON Thanksgiving, I even got an email with a picture of the finished frame in that email (as I requested). She didn't need to contact me on Thanksgiving---she went above and beyond as she always does. If you are looking for a memorial gift for yourself or someone you love that has lost a furry family member, look no further. Simply the best!

    I purchased this photo frame for my cousin who has to help their dog cross over the rainbow bridge and sent it as a gift. They just LOVED it and felt it was a warm gift to the heart and the memory of their fur baby. The photo that I selected was perfect for the frame and it really captured the happiness and smile of their fur baby!

    It’s never easy to lose a pet but anything purchased from 4Paws is definitely worth it. I gave as a gift with a photo and it was a perfect way to memorialize the pet lost

    Many years ago a good friend bought me a frame to remember my sweet dog who had just passed. I recently lost another sweet boy and was hoping to get a frame that matched my first one. I was so happy to find that I could order the same frame with personalization to have both of me beloved pets remembered in such a lovely and personal way. The quality is excellent and they look very pretty together (especially with my handsome boys photos in them). These frames make me feel happy and grateful for having had my beautiful dogs as my own.
